Is River Rocks Counseling right for you?
You may be a good fit if you’ve answered “yes” to any of the following:

-
Have you lost a loved one, a relationship, a sense of identity, your children to college, or your sense of safety?

-
Have you experienced trauma—such as abuse, neglect, assault, an accident, or a natural disaster?

-
Are you seeking deeper self-understanding and emotional clarity?

-
Are you working to rebuild trust after infidelity, addiction, years of disconnect, or chronic conflict in your relationships?

-
Have you been impacted by substance use—your own or someone else’s?

-
Are you navigating the immigration process (hardship waiver, VAWA, asylum, U or T visa)?
If any of this resonates with you, reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll gladly connect you with other trusted providers. It would be an honor to support you—wherever you are on your journey.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and certified in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), two evidence-based approaches for trauma and emotional regulation.
