I am a licensed professional counselor in Tennessee with over 8 years of experience. I use an integrative approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, & more) that looks at how patterns of mind, body, and relationships impact mood, behaviors, decisions, and more.
River Rocks Counseling strives to create a treatment experience that is warm and welcoming for all clients. Counseling is a collaborative process and so I join my clients to evaluate and adjust goals and processes together to ensure that the treatment experience is positive.
