Addiction Recovery & Assessments
Aubrey Marange, MS, LADAC-II, provides addiction recovery therapy and court-approved substance use assessments in collaboration with River Rocks Counseling as an independent contractor clinician.

With more than 20 years of counseling experience—and over a decade focused specifically on addiction recovery—Aubrey understands the deep challenges that come with both substance use and the mental health struggles that often accompany it. She works with individuals seeking recovery, as well as with family members impacted by addiction, helping clients rebuild trust, strengthen boundaries, and rediscover hope.

Her approach is eclectic but grounded in evidence-based care. She draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for practical skill-building, integrates Solution-Focused strategies, and incorporates 12-Step principles when they align with each client’s goals. Whether you’re beginning recovery, maintaining it, or supporting someone you love, Aubrey offers a compassionate, goal-oriented space to help you move forward.

Individual Therapy

$110 per 50-minute session

Recovery is rarely a straight line. Individual therapy for substance use disorders provides a confidential, nonjudgmental space to explore the roots of addiction, identify triggers, and build sustainable coping strategies.
​
Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, repairing relationships impacted by substance use, and developing relapse prevention skills tailored to each client’s unique life circumstances.
Whether someone is newly sober, navigating early recovery, or addressing long-standing patterns, therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and compassionate accountability.

Alcohol & Drug Assessments
Available via Telehealth or In-Person (Murfreesboro)
Ages 16+

Comprehensive Alcohol and Drug Assessments tailored to the individual’s specific needs and referral requirements.
​
Assessments include a detailed clinical interview, standardized assessment tools, written summary, and individualized recommendations when appropriate.
​
These evaluations currently meet requirements for:

Parole
Please note: These assessments do not meet criteria for DOT/SAP union evaluations.

The SASSI is used exclusively in the comprehensive version.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect for Alcohol & Drug Assesssments.
​

If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to a $75 fee.
​​

If you do not show up and do not call (no call/ no show) for your appointment, you will be charged $150.
​​

If you arrive 15 mins or more late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and you will be subject to a $100 late fee because we will not be able to complete the full session.

In all the above scenarios, the active card on file will be charged. The appointment time is secured for only you. Late cancellations are not always able to be filled by other clients with short notice.
